Do you need detailed reports in Google Analytics which include page usage by security role? Do you require your admin and/or host users to be excluded from your reports? If so, this extension is for you!
Luckily DotNetNuke is designed with an extensible analytics reporting engine, recently I took the time to create the Evolved Google Analytics extension to help analyze smaller subsets of traffic to your website. This module enables the advanced segmentation capabilities built into Google Analytics platform. In addition to the custom segments, you can now toggle the admin/host roles from getting tracked in your analytical reports and even disable a specific ip/url too. Additional features are planned for the future, stay tuned!
Feedback and a donation would be greatly appreciated for the time spent creating free add-ons for the DotNetNuke framework. If you require the source code or need an enterprise license, a yearly subscription plan is available upon request.
This module will replace the default Google Analytics module included with DotNetNuke to enable additional advanced tracking options for all portals in your DNN instance.
