Introduction to the LazyBackup for DotNetNuke

Minimize

Lets start this page with, I've always hosted all my own websites with complete administration of the server farm. Now one client (not pointing any fingers) refused my hosting services and went with one of the many other choices. The ISP refuse to schedule any of my SSIS packages, scheduled tasks, powershell scripts, etc that help ME keep my clients sites going.

So, here is the LazyBackup module. You install it, you edit the web.config for a few basic settings, create the scheduled task in DNN, and sit back and relax always knowing you have an offsite backup that can be restored in a matter of minutes. If you hate the DNN scheduler (like most), you can call my API from damn near anything to initiate the offsite backup procedure.

For now, because this module is slightly more advanced you need to Contact Me and I'll be happy to help you configure your servers.
